Terms & Conditions — xbaijee Platform Rules

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa. These definitions are provided to ensure clarity and consistency in the interpretation of all clauses contained within this agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xbaijee Platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without registration, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

xbaijee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to the plain meaning of the English text. In the event of any ambiguity, xbaijee's reasonable interpretation shall prevail. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and xbaijee relating to your use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of xbaijee's services — including deposits, wagers, live casino games, sports betting, and bonus claims — you must register a valid Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must ensure that this information remains current at all times.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on xbaijee. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, xbaijee reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances held across those Accounts.

Eligibility criteria for registration are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the xbaijee Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of xbaijee or any of its affiliated game studio or software partners.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect.

Identity Verification (KYC): xbaijee operates a Know Your Customer verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other point xbaijee determines verification is required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

xbaijee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted access to Platform services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the xbaijee Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus settlements — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaijee supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits made via mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly and credited to your xbaijee account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the xbaijee payments team within 24 hours of submission for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reach your nominated bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a previous deposit on the same account, subject to satisfactory verification of ownership.

Withdrawal conditions:

• You must have completed KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• xbaijee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name and match the name on your xbaijee Account.
• xbaijee does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside xbaijee's control.

Disputed Transactions: If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your Account, or a withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact the xbaijee payments team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. xbaijee will investigate all disputed transactions within 5 business days and communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xbaijee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus: New players who successfully register an Account and make their first qualifying deposit on xbaijee are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player only once. Subsequent accounts created to claim the welcome bonus again are in violation of the one-account-per-player rule and will be closed.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement on xbaijee bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place total bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from your account balance along with any winnings derived from them.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the offer terms. Crash games including Plinko may have specific contribution rates.
• xbaijee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, affected players will be notified by email.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures, using automated betting patterns, or engaging in bet hedging across multiple accounts will have their bonus revoked and may face Account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap stated in the specific offer terms unless no cap is explicitly specified.

Seasonal Promotions: xbaijee runs targeted promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL cricket season boosts, IPL betting promotions, Eid special reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh cashback offers, and Victory Day and Independence Day limited-time offers. These promotions are announced via the xbaijee promotions page and registered player email communications, and are each governed by their own specific terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on xbaijee, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of xbaijee complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following conduct on the xbaijee Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or communication with xbaijee support.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account on xbaijee, whether under your own name or any alias or fictitious identity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using xbaijee for any money laundering, structuring, or financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform systems.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies in the sportsbook. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be removed from the Account balance.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the xbaijee Platform, including other Players' accounts, back-end systems, or game software.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your identity or location.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Reproducing, selling, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or intellectual property from the xbaijee Platform without express written permission.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward xbaijee support staff or other Platform users.

xbaijee employs fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing review of account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, xbaijee reserves the right to suspend or close the Account immediately, void any open or settled bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

xbaijee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, provision of false registration information, or where xbaijee is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your xbaijee Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that you have withdrawn any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Once an Account is closed at your request, any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the xbaijee Platform for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets on xbaijee. Consequences of Account Closure Due to Breach: Where xbaijee closes an Account as a result of a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the entire Account balance may be forfeited and xbaijee reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover any losses sustained.

8. Limitation of Liability

The xbaijee Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While xbaijee makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free access to its services, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical faults, downtime, or data errors at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaijee shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the xbaijee Platform.
• Any interruption to gameplay or betting markets caused by network outages, server maintenance, or third-party service failures beyond xbaijee's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game paytables, or promotional terms, where such information contains a manifest error that a reasonable person would have been expected to identify.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any tax liability arising in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or transactions conducted on the xbaijee Platform. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable tax obligations in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xbaijee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. xbaijee's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of that Player's total deposits in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language and Disputes: These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in English. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be addressed in the first instance through direct communication with xbaijee's support team at [email protected]. xbaijee will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner. Players retain the right to pursue disputes through available legal channels in their jurisdiction.
